Buyers will visit the showflat and submit their E-Application. Once processed, they will receive a balloting number.

Successful buyers select their preferred unit and pay 5% of the purchase price in cash to secure their EC unit.

After HDB approves your EC application, the developer will send the Sale & Purchase (S&P) Agreement to your law firm.

Before exercising, obtain your Bank Letter of Offer (LO). Any shortfall in loan must be topped up using cash or CPF.

Pay Buyer’s Stamp Duty (BSD) via cash or CPF.

Your initial 20% payment (5% cash + 15% cash/CPF) is completed, and your bank begins disbursement based on construction progress.
